Discussion and Action: Resolution 2008-5, a resolution authorizing the Development Corporation of Mercedes to apply for a grant under the National Office Reserve for Rio Grande Valley Empowerment Zone funds and execute documents related said application under the rules and regulations of United States Department of Agriculture Rural Development.
